The Westin and Hilton resort room blocks are sold out. An additional hotel has been added, but in order to receive the NEHA AEC & Exhibition rate, your room must be reserved by May 29, 2008. For hotel information, click here.

Congratulations to all the Section Chairs, the Board of Directors, and the *awesome* NEHA staff for putting together a program that is timely, relevant, and has all the elements necessary to further enhance one's professional knowledge and career.

Looking forward to greeting current colleagues and making connections with new ones in just a few weeks!

Best,
Michele Samarya-Timm, MA, HO, CHES, REHS, DAAS

Unfortunately, we have had to cancel the Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems in the Tucson Area Field Trip scheduled for Monday, June 23. Cindy Dimmitt is processing refunds for those who have already registered for the field trip right now.

Persons travelling from the Caribbean and other distant locations will be extremely tired. Wont 8:30 am be a bit early for Sunday morning? Well, lets hope we can all awake and get there in time for a great session. What is the dress code for the awards/Keynote Seession?

The dress code for this year’s conference, including the Awards Ceremony and Keynote, has been changed from “business casual” to “resort wear.” Shorts, tank tops, cutoffs, bathing suits, and grass skirts are still on the “no-no” list, however. The dress code for the Presidents Banquet will remain semi-formal.

On Sunday morning, the Awards Ceremony and Keynote will now begin at 8:30AM. This is a half hour earlier than was posted in the conference brochure, but there are so many activities for this wonderful event, that a little more time is needed!
